Initial duties

  • Meeting coordination, agenda management, creative participation, executive assistant duties
  • Sales support
  • Media research and list maintenance
  • Company content creation such as newsletters, blogs, social media management
  • Proofing/writing proposals, proofing artwork
  • Assist with preparation of presentation materials
  • Order management with vendors
  • Product & vender research
  • Maintaining company databases, records, HubSpot CRM
  • Business development research such as prospect profiles
  • Research networking opportunities
  • Maintain connections with membership organizations such as chamber, business, and manufacturing trade groups
  • Represent the company at networking, educational, and trade conference events

Advanced duties

  • Client project management, HubSpot (client) management, and client training
  • Management of interns, other direct reports
  • Strategy research
  • Prospect and client presentations
  • Develop company collateral
  • Create content and social media

The qualified candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will be proficient in MS Office, Basic WordPress, Google Drive, and Dropbox, and can multitask. Excellent and demonstrative organizational skills are a must. Extensive training is provided in HubSpot. Any experience with marketing platforms such as HubSpot or other CRM’s is a plus.

This position is part-time, estimate between 20-25 hours/week. The ability to work part of the time remote is available. The Felber PR & Marketing century-home office features free parking, a full kitchen, an outside screen porch, close to retail and restaurants.
