Initial duties

  • Coordinate public relations tactics for clients
  • Research media, evaluate editorial calendars, prepare media lists
  • Draft content for press releases, case studies, technical papers, and announcements
  • Manage social media for clients
  • Meeting coordination, agenda management, creative participation
  • Pitch stories to media, coordinate interviews and develop support materials

Advanced duties

  • Strategy research
  • Attend trade shows with clients to support media efforts
  • Management of interns, other direct reports

The qualified candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will be proficient in MS Office, basic WordPress, Google Drive, and Dropbox, and can multitask. Extensive training is provided in HubSpot. Any experience with marketing platforms such as HubSpot or other CRMs is a plus.

This position may be part-time or full-time and can be hybrid or remote. The Felber PR & Marketing century-home office features free parking, a full kitchen, an outside screened porch, and is close to retail and restaurants.
